Cameron's chief is Brian Lezak, formerly a senior vice president in Kennedy-Wilson's investment division and most recently an executive at Century City-based Bond Capital, which is probably best known for its role as developer and partner in the Sunset & Vine development, a combination shopping center and housing development in Hollywood.

STG owns more than 1.5 million sf of property and operates a management arm, Cameron Realty Management Inc. The company says Cameron Pacific will specialize in mortgage origination, equity placement and investment banking for commercial real estate. The new firm is close to closing on a $14 million deal in San Dimas and a $10 million deal in Sacramento.
