The six buildings in Ashford, Bracknell, Cambridge, Cardiff, Feltham and Warrington were sold to BP Pension Fund. The building in Ashford is let to seven tenants. The properties in Cambridge and Warrington are short-term let properties with three years left on the lease. The remaining properties are relatively new, well-let developments with a secure income stream.

BP Pension Fund has traditionally invested in prime properties. This deal is the first time the fund has bought into a high yielding feeder fund buying smaller high yield properties.
