The lease is for five years. Duke refused to disclose lease terms. But area brokers familiar with the submarket tell GlobeSt.com the asking rental rate is about $5.90 per sf. That would put the estimated aggregate value of the lease at $212,400.
This lease takes the 65,800-sf, red brick facility to 79% occupancy. The building is in Duke's 230-acre, mixed-use development, located less than a mile from the I 85, Beaver Ruin Road interchange.
Duke owns, manages or has under development 16.5 million sf of office and industrial properties in the greater Atlanta area. Its total market capitalization exceeds $6 billion.
