"It gives them a sense of identity," Insignia/ESG director Ken McQueen tells GlobeSt.com, referring to the firm's move into the single story, free-standing facility at 3207 S. Wilson. "It's a good, functional building."

McQueen, who represented the tenant in the transaction, says the move was necessitated by two new interior design contracts which doubled the company's size. "It was a big expansion for them," he says.

Based in Utah, Interior Solutions is scheduled to move into the building Oct. 1. The company is relocating from leased space at 6115 S. Kyrene Rd. in Tempe where it maintained separate showroom and warehouse operations. McQueen says the new facility will allow the firm to combine both under one roof.

The building owner, Mississippi-based EastGroup Properties, purchased the building within the last two years. It was represented in the transaction by Ross-Brown Partners.
