Design Firm Stamps Pact Valued at $977,600

TEMPE, AZ-Interior Solutions will move into its new Tempe location Oct. 1. The firm consolidates two sites with the 40,000-sf lease that comes with the option to buy the building at 307 S. Wilson.

TEMPE, AZ-The Office space design firm, Interior Solutions, will move its warehouse and showroom into a 40,000-sf building in Tempe’s Broadway Industrial Park IV. The five-year deal, valued at $977,600, gives the design firm the option to purchase the property.

“It gives them a sense of identity,” Insignia/ESG director Ken McQueen tells GlobeSt.com, referring to the firm’s move into the single story, free-standing facility at 3207 S. Wilson. “It’s a good, functional building.”

McQueen, who represented the tenant in the transaction, says the move was necessitated by two new interior design contracts which doubled the company’s size. “It was a big expansion for them,” he says.
