Located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor area atop a BGE substation, the new $50 million high-rise is the first tower constructed in the city's central business district in the last ten years. Developed by Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., it consists of 325,000-sf of Class A space over 18 floors. Sierra will occupy space on the 14th floor. Fellow tenant Constellation Energy Group Inc. committed to 67,000 sf in the building earlier this spring.
