Tech Firm Signs 26,880-SF Office Lease at Avalon Ridge

ATLANTA-Locally based Symbiat Services, formerly Multi-User Solutions, signs a six-year lease for 26,880 sf at 4920 Avalon Ridge Parkway in Norcross, GA, taking the 59,400-sf property to 90% occupancy. The lease is valued at $1.2 million or about $7.44 per sf, according to GlobeSt.com sources.

ATLANTA-Locally based Symbiat Services, formerly Multi-User Solutions, signs a six-year lease for 26,880 sf 4920 Avalon Ridge Parkway in the Avalon Ridge Office Park. The park is in the Peachtree Corners submarket of Atlanta in nearby Norcross, GA.

The 59,400-sf building, owned by Birmingham, AL-based Harbert Realty Services, is 90% occupied. On condition of anonymity, a broker familiar with the property tells GlobeSt.com the aggregate value of the lease is $1.2 million or about $7.44 per sf.
