The buyers, Win and Sutida Somboonsong, plan to renovate the property and open a 222-seat Teikoku restaurant serving upscale Japanese-Thai cuisine, and create a tea-garden setting. The husband and wife currently own and operate Thai Pepper restaurants in Ardmore and Wayne, PA and the Mikado in Ardmore, PA.

Williston is in Chester County, the fastest growing suburban county in thestate.

The local office of Encino, CA-based Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal and secured the buyers.

In a separate transaction, the local Marcus & Millichap office also brokered the sale of a 5,720-sf office building at 973 Lycoming Mall Drive in Hills Station, PA for $707,000, or $123.60 per sf.

It is fully-occupied. The sellers, Anthony and Katrina Caporaletti, owned the property since 1989. The buyer is Williamsport, PA-based Banca Partnership.
