Travelers Tower I has a total of 420,000 sf , including 21,000 sf of retail space, and Travelers Tower II has a total of 319,000 sf.

With upcoming vacancies totaling 390,000 sf, the two adjacent office towers with multi-tenant space are located just off I-696 at 26533 and 26555 Evergreen Rd.

Since purchasing the buildings two years ago, Kojaian transformed the buildings with a multi-million dollar renovation program. All areas of Travelers Tower I were improved, from the building exterior and parking lot to the lobby, retail corridors, and common areas.

Grubb & Ellis has been managing the properties since Kojaian purchased the buildings, and they recently announced the relocation of their Southfield office to Travelers Tower I.
