The provider of out-sourced call center services, represented by Jeff Pappas of Arledge Power Real Estate Group of Dallas, Texas, has renewed and expanded its lease at 6542 SE Lake Road and leased new space at 4252 SE International Way in the Lincoln Business Center. Insignia/ESG's Dan Swift represented the building owners.

At the Lake Road facility, which is owned by the Maginnis family trust, LiveBridge expanded from 6,000 sf to 8,400 sf in a five-year deal carrying a full-service lease rate of $16.50 per sf. At Lincoln Business Center, which is owned by Watumull Properties, LiveBridge leases 6,500 sf. That five-year deal was done at a full-service rate of $15.75 per sf.

Pappas, who runs with LiveBridge nationally, tells GlobeSt.com that the company has inked leases for about 40,000 sf since the beginning of the year. Regionally, the company also leases space in Wilsonville and Washington State.
