Steven and Christina Blair of Big Fork, MT, bought the Candlewood Industrial Park at 7612 W. Vogel Ave. as an investment and plan to continue leasing the buildings, Gary Anderson with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s industrial advisory group, tells GlobeSt.com.

"It's a four-building complex which gives a little more identity to an owner-user," says Anderson, who represented seller, National Mall Front & Design, in the transaction. He says the property had only been on the market about four months before it was scooped up by the Montana pair.

The industrial park, located on 1.5 acres near 76th Avenue and Mountain View, is situated in a business district near Grand Avenue with easy access to the valley's north-west suburbs, he says. The former owner, which occupied the site prior to its sale, will move out by the end of the month to a 60,000-sf facility in Deer Valley, Anderson says.
