Robert Half International of Pleasanton signed the five-year deal to lease the second floor at the 300,000-sf office complex after about two months of negotiations, Peter Nieman, with Colliers International, tells GlobeSt.com. "It was a good fit for them, " says Nieman, who represented the tenant in the deal. "It had a great mix of amenities and the location within the building seemed to fit their business modes."
The average rental rate at the three-building complex goes for about $20 per sf. The international staffing firm will share space in the two-year-old complex at 1640 S. Stapley Dr. with several big name tenants including the University of Phoenix, Federal Express and JD Power & Associates.
Building owner Denali National Trust of Scottsdale developed the Stapley Center several years ago. Its final construction phase was completed about two years ago.
