GHP Office Realty Reports Brisk Leasing Activity

WHITE PLAINS-GHP Office Realty reports that, in spite of uncertain economic conditions in the region, it recorded robust leasing and renewal activity at its two million-sf portfolio of properties in the New York metropolitan area.

WHITE PLAINS-Although the economy continues to struggle, GHP Office Realty reports that leasing and renewal activity at its office properties in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey was brisk during the first half of 2002.

For the first six months of this year, GHP Office Realty recorded 89,383 sf in new leases and renewals, according to Andrew Greenspan, managing partner of GHP Office Realty, which is headquartered in White Plains.

“Leasing activity at our properties in the tri-state area has been brisk,” Greenspan stated. The company’s office portfolio is currently 96% leased.
