Lanier Worldwide Signs for One La Costa Office

AUSTIN-The copier service cuts a deal for 6,681 sf to drive a relocation in October from southeast Austin to the northeast. The tenant's broker says Lanier Worldwide is moving to get closer to its clients.

AUSTIN-Lanier Worldwide Inc., the copier service company, recently agreed to lease 6,681 sf at One La Costa. Lanier is moving from southeast Austin to 1016 La Posada in northeast Austin.

“They wanted to be closer to their client base,” says Kathy Carr, a broker with Commercial Texas. She says the office space will be ready to occupy in October.
