SAN DIEGO, CA-Three small office and industrial lease transactions have closed recently in San Diego. The deals involve facilities located at 7340 Trade St., 9682 Via Excelencia and 16644 W. Bernardo Drive.

In the largest of the three transactions, Trakloc International LLC has inked a 37-month lease for 7,336 sf of primarily HVAC, drop ceiling production area and office space at 7340 Trade St. The tenant will occupy suites C and D of the building, according to the terms of the deal, which is valued at $283,199. The landlord, Westcore SDIPG LLC, was represented by Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis’ San Diego-Central office. Stephanie Schneider of Colliers International acted on behalf of the tenant.
