The Lake Underhill Drive axis already is budding as the area's next commercial/retail hot spot, area brokers tell GlobeSt.com. An estimated one million sf of office, retail, multifamily and general commercial is planned for this submarket, according to preliminary plans filed with the Orange County Planning Department.
