The firm, founded in 1997, began as an engineering consulting company that focused on vibration acquisition and analysis for microelectronic and aerospace companies, including NASA. The new site will allow the company to add Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) testing to become the only EMI testing facility in the state.

Rick Foss of Grubb & Ellis Co. said building owner LGE Corp. leased the building for one year to Dynamic Labs for an unspecified sum that was "well below market value." Space in similar buildings in the area lease for 65 cents per sf to 75 cents triple net, he said. The agreement also includes an option to purchase the building for $1.52 million at the end of the one-year term.
