Walton Lantaff Signs $1.65M Lease

MIAMI-The 68-year-old law firm signed a six-year lease for more than 12,000 sf of office space in West Palm Beach, FL.

ERI West Palm Beach Inc. leased 12,274 sf of office space to the law firm for about $23 per sf. The office is located at SouthTrust Center, 1700 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.

Mike Erickson, first vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the property owner. Bill Cutler of Abood & Associates represented the tenant.

Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson was founded in 1934 in Miami.
