81,998-SF College Parkway Center Gets New Owner

MIAMI-College Parkway Center, an 81,998-sf shopping center in Fort Myers, has been sold for $11.1 million. Ross Realty of Pembroke Pines bought the center from the Houston-based Lefmark Group. The center is located on 7.56 acres on the southwest corner of US Highway 41 and College Parkway. The site of the center, Lee County, has both a growing economy and population.

“Fort Myers is very attractive to real estate investors due to the area’s rapidly growing and affluent customer base,” says Adam L. Feinstein, director of the financial services division of Cushman & Wakefield and the broker who represented Lefmark. “College Parkway Center is located at the south end of Fort Myers, where all the new growth is occurring.”
