Drake Equipment Real Estate LLC bought the two-building industrial property located on 6.27 acres at 2235 S. 19th Ave. from Tulsa Metal Processing in an all-cash deal. "The price was aggressive and it was a good location with good visibility," Jeff Hayes of NAI Horizon in Phoenix tells GlobeSt.com. Hayes represented the buyer in the talks.

The buildings, both about 50 years old, are located in a heavy industrial use area off Interstate 17 with prime visibility from its freeway frontage, Hayes, with NAI Horizon, says. Part of the property will be leased to Windshield Warehouse, with about 26,000 sf of the remaining space to be used by the buyer for his truck accessory business, Hayes says.
