AIREB Members Get Ethic Refresher Course

ROSEMONT, IL-The Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers hears from professor David M. Messick of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, who urges them to blow the whistle on wrong-doing while avoiding conflicts of interest.

ROSEMONT, IL-Members of the real estate community should be willing to blow the whistle on wrong-doing, as well as avoiding conflicts of interests themselves, says a Northwestern University professor of ethics and decision management. David M. Messick of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management held a seminar this week on his area of expertise for the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers.

“AIREB was founded on the basis that ethical conduct would prevail, and these guidelines are still the backbone of the organization today,” says 2002 AIREB president Gerard Keating.
