Prudential Associate Director Jane Holliday said: "Supply in South Hampshire remains limited at 4.5% of the total stock and enquiry levels are good so progressing a further speculative phase is the sensible decision."
King Sturge and Knight Frank are joint agents on The Forum development and Martin Hastelow, office agent at King Sturge said: "Having let Forum One earlier this year just as the paint was drying, there is understandably a high level of confidence in The Forum formula of high quality buildings with a unique design for the area. Not surprisingly Prudential wanted to progress with a new office development as soon as possible."
