40,000-SF Retail Complex Sells for $1.4M

NATIONAL CITY, CA-Located in the 300 block of National City Boulevard, the former Helig-Meyers Furniture Store will be partially occupied by the San Diego Leather Factory.

NATIONAL CITY, CA-Private investors have snapped up a 40,000-sf retail facility in National City, which formerly housed the Helig-Meyers Furniture Store.

The buyers, Mario P. and Nancy Estolano have paid $1.4 million for the building, which is located at 310 and 340 National City Blvd. The San Diego Leather Factory will now occupy the space at 340 National City Blvd.
