Jinny Hines and David Putman, a CB Richard Ellis Inc. team in Austin, represented the building owner, MSDW Acquisition LP, in the transactions. The six-story Centennial Tower, built in 1985, is situated just north of Highland Mall.

The largest pact, 3,479 sf, is a renewal for Austin Intercim. The firm, which develops computer-aided manufacturing software, didn't have an outside broker.

Brokers Funding Corp., a new tenant, took 2,888 sf. It also did not use an outside broker.

The Sedona Group, another new tenant, took 1,265 sf, again a deal brokered without a tenant rep. Sedona Group is a job-placement firm specializing in administration and accounting placement.

In another renewal, McGraw-Hill Cos. held onto 2,263 sf. Jamil Alam of the Austin office of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. acted on behalf of McGraw-Hill. The company operates an office of its F.W. Dodge unit at the location.
