WALTHAM, MA-Netegrity, Inc. is relocating its world headquarters across town with its 54,000-sf lease on Jones Road at the Waltham Weston Corporate Center. The high tech company will occupy the entire fifth floor of the 304,050-sf building when it moves this spring.

The terms of the lease will provide Netegrity with necessary long-term growth within the building. Anne Columbia of The Columbia Group, who represented Netegrity in the transaction, says the willingness of owner Boston Properties to accommodate that need convinced Netegrity to take the space. She adds that the site “provides a very pleasant environment for employees in a highly cost effective way. They liked the site, they liked the economics of the lease transaction, and they liked the owner.”
