16,271-SF Class A Lease Corners Final Signatures

DALLAS-Ginsberg, Brusilow & Wright will add 3,000 sf at Signature Place I while shifting from two suites into one. The seven-term lease carries a Nov. 1 move-in. The office space went dark just two weeks ago in an early termination.

DALLAS-An internal office shuffle has given a Signature Place I tenant about 3,000 sf more space plus will put the law firm into one suite instead of two. In the shift, the Ginsberg, Brusilow & Wright firm has signed a long-term lease for 16,271 sf of class A space at 14755 Preston Rd. in North Dallas.

The seven-year pact takes the Dallas high-rise to 84% leased, Robert Powell of Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Dallas office tells GlobeSt.com. He brokered the deal for the building owner, WHML-S Real Estate LP. The tenant’s representatives were Michael Quint and Beryl George, a Dallas-based Jackson Cooksey team. The building’s quoted rate is $20 per sf plus electric.
