"She has experience, quality and credibility within her profession," Collier International's Dan Paulus tells GlobeSt.com. "She is highly regarded, not only by her clients but by her peers."
Paulus said Dance will represent several major lending institutions in evaluating commercial real estate, including shopping centers, office buildings, luxury apartments and special use properties. She also is experienced at testifying as an expert witness in litigation and bankruptcy matters, he said.
Dance, who is based in Phoenix, will be an integral part of the company's plan to build a Realty Advisors Valuation & Advisory Services practice throughout the Southwest Region. She will handle clients in California, Arizona and Nevada.
A highly respected MAI appraiser within the southwestern US, Dance has more than 15 years of commercial property experience. She spent the last three years in California working as an independent consultant working with major clients such as ProLogis, AMB Properties, Crow Holdings and Glenborough Trust. She also provided due diligence services in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas.
