The structure is rising on 1.34 acres next to Coastal Foods' headquarters, a corporate-owned building at 14212 Interdrive West. John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston tells GlobeSt.com that delivery is planned for February 2003.

Ferruzzo represented JSRW Partners, a group of Houston investors, some of whom are principals at NAI Partners. The undertaking is the third for the investment and development group in the Interbelt Business Center. Its other projects are a 20,000-sf building that's been sold and a 17,000-sf speculative industrial building. Ferruzzo says demand remains high for freestanding buildings that are for sale, particularly in North Houston.
