Frozen Foods Firm Signs for 28,800-SF B-T-S

HOUSTON-Coastal Foods' new building will contain manufacturing and distribution. The 1.34-acre project, ticketed for a February 2003 delivery, is rising next to the tenant's headquarters in the Interbelt North Business Center.

HOUSTON-A 15-year lease has jumpstarted construction on a 28,800-sf build-to-suit in the Interbelt North Business Center. Tenant Coastal Foods, which specializes in frozen foods, will use the building for manufacturing and distribution.

The structure is rising on 1.34 acres next to Coastal Foods’ headquarters, a corporate-owned building at 14212 Interdrive West. John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston tells GlobeSt.com that delivery is planned for February 2003.
