Lancaster is the county seat and largest city in Lancaster County in the heart of the state's Amish countryside.
The Philadelphia office of Encino, CA-based Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. was the listing broker for the property and also secured the buyer.
Marcus & Millichap has 34 offices nationwide and had sales in excess of $6.4 billion last year. It claims to be the largest commercial real estate brokerage in the US that focuses exclusively on real estate investments.
