Ron Blakeslee of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com that the company has moved into the property in an expansion from nearby Mira Loma, where Sunny occupied a 60,000-sf leased building.

Blakeslee tells GlobeSt.com that the building is a 30-foot-clear, single-story concrete tilt-up structure with 27 dock-high doors. He says the furniture importer, which employs 40 workers at the site, is also building about 5,000 sf of second-story office space.

The property is at 8949 Buffalo Ave. and is part of a newly completed, two-building project by Opus. The other building is a 201,000-sf warehouse that is being marketed for sale or lease by Michael Chavez of Lee & Associates, who represented seller Opus West in the Sunny transaction.
