Worldwide's broker, Paul Gingrich of Daum Commercial Real Estate tells GlobeSt.com that Worldwide has already moved into its new headquarters and warehouse building, which is an expansion from the antiques dealer's former facilities of approximately 11,000 sf at a nearby Anaheim location. Worldwide was renting at the former location but needed substantially more room for its expansion, says Gingrich.

The new location, which provides dock-high loading, is a one-story, concrete block and metal building that was built in 1965 and includes 2,000 sf of office space, Gingrich says. The building, which had been empty for about six months, formerly was occupied by the sellers, who were represented by Darin McDonald of CB Richard Ellis.
