Miami-based Terranova was awarded the contract from Principal Capital of Des Moines, IA, which purchased the property in August and decided not to stay with the DiGiacomo Group which had leased the asset for the former owner.

Terranova has had Principal as a client for 12 years, Terranova president Beth Azor tells GlobeSt.com.

Azor says Terranova's fee will be based primarily on rental rates and the amount of space the company leases out. West Pointe tenants include AirBorne Express, Southern Command and Aisa Direct.

At press time, Steve DiGiacomo, a principal at DiGiacomo Group, could not be reached.Terranova Corp.'s commercial real estate services portfolio comprises eight million sf.
