ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL-A 36,464-sf office building in an office park in this northwest suburb has been bought by Atomatic Mechanical Services for its corporate headquarters for just under $1.5 million. Property records also indicate a $2.2-million mortgage was obtained by the heating and air conditioning company for 3733 Ventura Dr. at closing.

“Grubb & Ellis acted as the original agents in the business park 15 years ago when the building was being constructed,” says Grubb & Ellis Co. senior vice president Bruce Granger in a statement. “We maintained an ongoing relationship with Ventura Partnership and were happy to assist them in selling the facility.”
