Creative Transportation Solutions, Ltd. sold a 57,000-sf industrial building, located at 2005 Grant St., for $3.67 million. Jim Castignani of Grubb & Ellis represented Creative Transportation in this deal while Victor Oritz of Pacific Commercial represented the buyer, KAPA Auto Body Parts, Inc.
ARK Kenneth & Lynne Olsen bought a 26,308-sf industrial building, located at 2800 Bowers Ave., for $2.62 million. Joe Scuncio of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer while Andre Walewski of Collier's International represented the seller, ARK Properties.
Decoto Business Park, LLC, sold a 20,925 industrial building, located at 34485 7th St., for $2.95 million. Dave Haugh of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller while John Weatherby of Cornish & Carey represented the buyer, Brylind Properties, LLC.
