The quoted property company has retained architect Lord Richard Rogers to design the 1m sq ft tower. The 48-storey skyscraper will be the tallest building in the City of London if built, and the second tallest building in London.
A planning application has yet to be submitted, but if approval is given, 122 Leadenhall Street will add to London's skyline.
