Cedar contemplates redevelopment of the Ward space and of the full mall property, according to a statement. The mall is located on 44 acres at Route 15 and Trindle Road.

This is Cedar's second Pennsylvania property. It purchased Loyola Plaza, a 293,000-sf mall in Williamsport, PA, in July. Cedar paid the former owner, Columbus, OH-based Glimcher Realty Trust, $18.3 million.

Loyal Plaza is 98% leased and anchored by a 67,000-sf Giant supermarket.
