First of Conference Series Starts in Dallas

DALLAS-Commercial real estate professionals in Dallas-Fort Worth will be turning out in large numbers next week as Real Estate Media Inc. kicks off the first of three RealShare events in its recently launched Conference Division. RealShare Dallas is slated for Sept. 25 at the Westin Galleria at 13340 Dallas Parkway.

More than 250 professionals are expected to attend the event, says Richard Kelley, director of the conference series for Real Estate Media Inc., parent of GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Forum magazine and regional publications Real Estate New York, Real Estate New Jersey, Real Estate Chicago and Real Estate Southern California. “We are very pleased with the attendance, considering the challenging market environment that Dallas finds itself in,” Kelley says.

The conference schedule targets what is foremost on everyone’s mind these days: the economy. The opening address will be given by Dr. Ray Perryman, president and CEO of the Waco, TX-based Perryman Group. As head of a research and analysis firm, the Texas expert will deliver a not-to-be-missed perspective about current local and national economies and which direction those economies are headed over both the short and long terms.
