Midwestern College Seeks New California Campus

FOLSOM, CA-Due to the high costs of San Jose, Palmer College of Chiropractic has decided to flee the valley in search of a Sacramento site. After a not-so-warm reception by the City of Davis, the college has turned to Folsom for its new home.

FOLSOM, CA-Palmer College of Chiropractic, an Iowa-based institution, has chosen Folsom to be the site of its new West Coast campus, after withdrawing a proposal from the City of Davis.

Palmer College of Chiropractic plans to build a campus in Folsom that will accommodate up to 100 employees and 750 students. While the college has not decided on a specific site, city officials say that the college has made an offer on a 14-acre site near Folsom High School, which is owned by the school district.
