$3.2M Sale-Leaseback Deal on 133,600-SF Plant

ROANOKE, VA-Atlanta, GA-based BSC Ventures LLC has sold its 133,600-sf manufacturing plant to Autumn Investments LLC in a sale-leaseback deal valued at $3.2 million. BSC’s will lease the structure–consisting of office, manufacturing, and warehouse space–for its Double Envelope and Convertagraphics subsidiaries, which currently operate out of the structure. The sale of 7702 Plantation Road also includes a neighboring 2-acre plot of land.

“This transaction ensures that Double Envelope and Convertagraphics will maintain their presence in the Roanoke Valley well into the next decade,” Autumn Investments COO D. Trevor Winters says. “As a part of this transaction we will bring to market a previously undeveloped two-acre parcel of raw land that fronts Plantation and Hitech roads less than one half mile from Interstate 81.”
