$3.6M Buys Two Britannia Buildings

OTAY MESA, CA-The facilities, which encompass a total of 55,215 sf, are part of the six-building industrial project, Britannia Corporate Center. Developed by Newport Beach-based Master Development Corp., the 15-acre project was completed in July 2002.

OTAY MESA, CA-MDC/BAM Holdings LLC, the recently created venture of Master Development Corp. and GE Capital Real Estate, has sold two facilities in its six-building industrial project, Britannia Corporate Center.

The larger of the two facilities, 7565 Siempre Viva Rd., has been acquired by private investors Bob and Judy Hsu. The buyers, who were represented by Regan Tully of International Real Estate, have paid $1.9 million for the 29,000-sf property. Private investors Geza and Magdalena Hambalko have purchased the other property, a 26,215-sf building located at 7560 Viva Rd., for $1.7 million. They were represented by Charlie Adophe of Burnham Real Estate Services. Each of the facilities in Britannia Corporate Center is located on a separate legal parcel and has frontage along one of three public streets.
