Chase is responsible for overseeing acquisitions and development in the Pennsylvania and Midwest markets, including Indianapolis. He will be based at Keystone's headquarters in West Conshohocken.

Chase is the former director of development for Carroltown, TX-based TIG Real Estate Services where he focused on industrial and suburban office projects on a speculative, build-to-suit and fee-development basis. Prior to TIG, he was an investment manager at Boston-based AEW Capital Management. He has 12 years of commercial real estate experience.

DiCola is Chase's counterpart for the New Jersey market and will be based in Keystone's New York office. He is a principal and co-founder of New York-based Triad Partners, which specializes in the metro New York area.

Before founding Triad, DiCola spend 10 years with Jones Lang LaSalle, most recently as senior vice president responsible for land investment and development in the eastern US.

In a statement announcing the appointments, Jeffrey E. Kelter, president and chief executive officers, says the new hires join the firm "as we change gears from being a net seller of assets over the past 24 months to a company focused on building core market concentration with market-leading assets.

"As a result of our office disposition activity," Kelter adds, "we have recently pared and reshaped our workforce to reflect the diminished demands associated with the operation of a pure industrial platform."
