Keystone Hires 2 Senior VPs, Promotes Another

PHILADELPHIA-The West Conshohocken, PA-based company appoints Donald Chase senior vice president of investments, covering Pennsylvania and the Midwest; John DiCola to senior vice president of investments for New Jersey, and promotes Jennifer Pancoast to senior vice president of marketing.

PHILADELPHIA-West Conshohocken, PA-based Keystone Property Trust has realigned management with the hiring of two senior vice presidents of investment and promotion of Jennifer Pancoast, former vice president of leasing, to senior vice president of marketing. New hires are A. Donald Chase and John P.DiCola.

Chase is responsible for overseeing acquisitions and development in the Pennsylvania and Midwest markets, including Indianapolis. He will be based at Keystone’s headquarters in West Conshohocken.

Chase is the former director of development for Carroltown, TX-based TIG Real Estate Services where he focused on industrial and suburban office projects on a speculative, build-to-suit and fee-development basis. Prior to TIG, he was an investment manager at Boston-based AEW Capital Management. He has 12 years of commercial real estate experience.
