"The Liberty Center at Westfields project progressed ahead of schedule and ultimately completed four months early, Bovis Lend Lease project executive Steve Yannucci tells GlobeSt.com. "The success of this project was largely due to the extraordinary working relationship and coordination between the owner, architect [The Smith Group], subcontractors, and Bovis Lend Lease."

The pre-cast structure includes a 7,200-sf auditorium and conference center, and there is a detached 72,000-sf, three-story parking garage capable of accommodating up to 253 vehicles. And perhaps most importantly to the tenant, the building is designed in line with federal secure spaces regulations and boasts state-of-the-art security features.
