CHERRY HILL, NJ-A new 204-unit Clarion Hotel and Conference Center will welcome its first guests here today. Owned by Growth Properties Inc. of Philadelphia, the asset formerly operated as the Sheraton Four Points Hotel. Growth Properties spent a total of some $5 million to renovate the property and ready it for its new life under the Clarion flag.
The four-story property is located at the intersection of Route 70 and I-295 in South Jersey, about a half-dozen miles from Philadelphia and 45 miles from Atlantic City to the east. “The Clarion Hotel & Conference Center offers a suburban setting with urban accessibility,” says June Seminario, the hotel's general manager.
Its 204 units include a total of 202 guestrooms and two presidential suites. It also featrures 20,000 sf of meeting and banquet space and a number of recreational and business-related amenities, according to Seminario.
