Capturing the prestigious honor in the 100,000-sf to 249,000-sf category, was the Brookstone Building, located at 2025 North Third St. and managed by Case, Huff & Sanchez.

In the 250,000-sf to 499,999-sf category, Two Renaissance Square in Central Phoenix took the title. The building is owned and managed by Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. of Fort Worth.

The Wells Fargo Plaza., managed by Wells Fargo, won the award for its 473,261-sf office tower at 100 Washington St.

In the corporate facilities category, the winner was the American Express Service Center at 20022 N. 31st Ave., managed by Trammell Crow Co., while the top prize in the suburban office parks low-rise category went to Park One, managed by Kennedy Wilson Properties of Arizona.

Rounding out the list was the Integrated Medical Plaza, which won the medical office building award for its management company, Healthcare Realty Services Inc.
