The firm currently occupies space at Two Renaissance Square at 40 Central St. about two blocks south of the 201 N. Central Ave. Bank One Building. The move will take place in the coming weeks.

CB Richard Ellis Inc. broker Jennifer Bishop, who negotiated the deal along with co-broker Mark Seale, tells GlobeSt.com that the new location offered the firm better leasing costs and prevented it from dealing with construction issues which could have interrupted business at its old site. The law firm will occupy the 33rd floor of the building. Most of the remaining building is occupied by Bank One.
