The three-story Hilton Garden Inn, which is located at 3585 Solano Ave., features: a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception area; the Great American Grill restaurant; a lounge area with a television and fireplace; 1,250-sf of business meeting area; a 24-hour complimentary business center and an on-site laundry facility.
According to Presidio Hotel Group, the company took out an $8.1 million construction and permanent financing loan with a regional investment bank to develop the hotel. Hall Financial Group provided $2.25 million in preferred equity for the hotel development.
