However, the recent flurry of leases is double the amount of space the Dallas-based company leased in the second quarter. Prentiss Properties' Andrea Saewitz handled negotiations for her company.
The largest deal was a 12,926-sf lease with career transition and organizationalconsulting firm Right Management Consultants, which is taking space on the 22nd floor. Tony Karmin and Kyle Kamin of Insignia/ESG represented Right Management Consultants.
Although lease rates were not disclosed, Prentiss Properties collects an average rate of $33.72 per sf at the building it bought for $87 million in 1999.
Price Tunney Reiter leased 5,573 sf. David Tropp and Gregg Witt of Insignia/ESG represented the law firm.
THB Intermediaries Inc. relocated its Chicago branch with a 5,285-sf lease. Yolanda Valle of U.S. Equities Realty represented the New York-based reinsurance company.
Dresdner Bank AG, took 4,942 sf. It was represented by Steve Levitas and Bob Chodos of The John Buck Co.
Investment firm Moors & Cabot signed a 2,964-sf lease, negotiated by Steve Wallack of Equis Corp.
Also, Capital Management Group, represented by Christopher Robinson of Frontier Commercial, took 2,625 sf.
