Premier Commercial Starting Seven Industrial Buildings for Estimated $34M

MIAMI-The buildings will total 680,225 sf of primarily industrial/distribution space at Atlantic Business Center in Pompano Beach, Premier Airport Center in West Palm Beach and Premier Gateway Center in Boynton Beach.

MIAMI-Premier Commercial Realty Inc. of Pompano Beach, FL, is preparing to break ground on seven more buildings totaling 680,225 sf in South Florida next month.

The hard construction cost is about $34 million or $50 per sf, area construction industry estimators tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity.

Premier plans to break ground on four more 104,200-sf buildings for a total 416,800 sf at Atlantic Business Center next month. The ground-breakings are planned for buildings 6A, 6B, 7A and 7B.
